Applied for in response to the regulatory changes following the Haynes Royal Commission, receiving the successful authorisation from the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) marks a major milestone for Risksmart. Securing an AFSL reflects Risksmart’s proven ability to deliver the highest level of service and integrity in managing claims on behalf of clients and insurers in order to meet the industry’s new compliance obligations and community expectations.
