Maja is a solicitor and has experience in running large litigated claims in the Local, Supreme and Federal Court of Australia on behalf of large national insurance companies and financial institutions, also advising on policy coverage and interpretation. Maja’s practice is in commercial litigation with a focus on general insurance. Her areas of experience include property damage and financial lines matters, including bankruptcy proceedings, insurance fraud, both through the Financial Ombudsman and the Court, contract law and other commercial matters including cases of misleading and deceptive conduct for ASX listed companies and class actions on behalf of major shareholders.
Maja has a Bachelor of Communications (PR) and Laws and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (BComm LLB GDLP)
